Transparency
What we publish, what we never will, and how you can check us.
Public ledger
Our treasury wallet address and our first ledger go live with our first transfer. Until then, nothing here is estimated or invented.
What we publish
- Money in, by month: card and USDT gifts, and fees taken.
- Money out, by program: period dignity, student meals, safe transit.
- The exchange rates we converted at, and how each unit is costed.
- Corrections, in public, with the date we fixed them.
What we never publish
- Faces, names, voices or places that could identify a person.
- The wallet addresses and accounts that receive money on the ground.
- Routes, schedules or anything that could help someone be targeted.
This is not a hole in our transparency. It is the price of keeping people safe, and we think you would pay it too.
How to check us
- Open the treasury wallet in a block explorer and watch gifts come in and leave.
- Compare it with our ledger. The totals should match.
- Found a gap? Email us. We will answer in public.
About fees
Payment processors and blockchains charge to move money, and the cost hits small gifts hardest. Donorbox lets you cover processing fees at checkout, and USDT on a low-fee network costs cents. We report fees as their own line, never hidden inside other numbers.
Our legal status
HeartLiftGlobal is a mutual-aid network. Gifts are not tax-deductible at this time, and we will say so on this page if that changes.
